WOLFE & Co delivers orders across Mauritius. Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery Schedule by Region
To optimise delivery routes, deliveries are organised by region:

North & East – Monday
West – Friday
Centre (Plaines Wilhems & Moka) – Wednesday
South – Tuesday

Delivery schedules may occasionally be adjusted depending on order volume, logistics requirements, or public holidays.

Delivery Hours
Mon–Fri: 09:00–15:00
No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.

Delivery Fees
Free delivery on orders above Rs 2000. Orders below this amount may incur a delivery fee, which will be indicated at checkout.

Receiving Your Order
The customer or an authorised person must be present to receive the order. Deliveries are made to the entrance of the delivery address
and may be limited to the ground floor where no lift is available. Customers are expected to verify the quantity and condition of the
products upon delivery. Any discrepancies should be reported to the delivery personnel at the time of receipt.

Delivery Delays
While WOLFE & Co aims to deliver orders within the scheduled timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions,
traffic, operational constraints, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Failed Delivery
If the customer or an authorised person is not available at the time of delivery, the order may be rescheduled for the next delivery day
applicable to the region.

Event Orders
For events or large orders, customers are encouraged to place their orders at least 7 days in advance to help ensure product availability
and timely delivery.

Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of beverage products and for hygiene and quality control reasons, products once delivered and accepted cannot be
returned or exchanged, except in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered. If you believe there is an issue with your
order, you must immediately report to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.
